We see sustainable thought and action as more than just a principle
ESG is not just an abbreviation, but an integral part of our work. Sustainability drives innovation, safeguards economic and social prosperity and must be pursued with commitment and authenticity – as is reflected in our company culture and daily business activities.
We constantly strive to make processes more sustainable and reduce our environmental impact: We have halved our fleet of company cars – which are now all electric – and further reduced our carbon emissions by favouring local public transport and trains above flying. In the office, we implement resource-efficient measures such as water-saving faucets, waste separation and recycling, regional organic foods and the demand-oriented replacement of appliances. The regenerative power harvested by our PV array makes a direct contribution to the energy transition, while the vegetation we have planted on more than 100 m² of our roof terrace supports biodiversity and urban cooling.
In addition to our own initiatives, we regularly support good environmental and social causes such as Greencity, Atmosfair, We want moor, Lebenswald , Bergwaldprojekt , Sternstunden and KRAXL Kollektiv.
