Initial interview

Your application has caught our eye, and we’d like to get to know you. We’ll be in touch to arrange a face-to-face interview, which will generally be held within two weeks at our offices in Munich (video calls are also possible).

This initial interview gives you the opportunity to talk to a Managing Partner / Managing Director about the role, gain insights into how we work and ask any questions you have.

Second interview

You interviewed well, and within another two weeks you’ll have a second, more in-depth discussion about more specific topics with a Managing Partner / Managing Director.

After this interview, all stakeholders – including you – will decide if it’s a match. We’ll let you know what we think within roughly a week.

You’ve got the job!

We all agree: You’re perfect for the role! Now it’s time to discuss the details, send you your contract and give you all the information you need before you start work with us.

Onboarding

On your first day you’ll receive all the resources you require as well as some essential information about working at BRAND BERGER. Further onboardings will enable you to get acquainted with not only our working methods, but also the colleagues you’ll be working alongside.

In the first few weeks a personal buddy will be on hand to answer any questions you have and help you get settled in.
